Close to the hotel, on Pals beach you will find a sailing school with windsurfers, catamarans, kayaks and skibus. Hotel reception can help you with rental and queries.
The nearby Marine Reserve of the Medes Islands, the cliffs of the Montgri hill range and coastline of Begur all mean that you can easily dive in one of the Mediterranean's finest locations. If you want to take a plunge into the undersea world for the first time, snorkelling and initiation courses are available with professional companies.
You can sail or take a captained boat trip for a picnic excursion and get to know the shores of the Costa Brava with its hidden coves and clear waters.

The Empordà is a dreamland. Mountains, plains and the sea all come together in a natural harmony. 33% of the area is protected by the Natural Interest Plan of Catalonia, and its temperate climate makes it ideal for excursions by bike or on foot all year round.
The county has a wide range of rural paths, away from main transit routes and which are ideal for relaxed cycling or walking in full of view of local scenery and heritage.
The natural area "Les Basses d'en Coll" is less than 2km from the hotel, this wetland area with its rice fields and coastal dunes is a winter residence for many migratory birds and depending on the time of year is an ideal location for a visit. |

In addition to walking and cycle tourism, the Empordà region is ideal for horse riding. Its beautiful natural scenery and sights of historical interest, with seemingly endless hidden tracks winding through the hills, and across the plain to fantastic beaches, make the area perfect for equestrian activities.
